AIRPORT PICK UP SERVICE

Our English speaking and friendly driver is await at the Noi Bai airport (HAN) and quickly come to greet you at the arrival terminal. Also he will go with a signage board to welcome you. It is 35km from Hanoi airport to the city center, and travel time expected approximately 40 minutes (or 1 hour in peak times). Request to rent a private car and our airport pick up service, have your trip ready.

• Capacity advise: 4-seat cars for maximum 3 passengers, 7-seat for maximum 5 passengers and 16-seat for maximum 12 passengers, this is to allow room for your luggage and comfortable.
• If you arrive at Noi Bai Airport and do not see your name on a board, you or our driver, may be waiting in the wrong lobby. And you cannot find the driver, please go to the Information Desk and ring us on +84 82 377 3333
• Tipping is no obligation. If you are happy with the service of the driver, you might consider to give small tips.
• Do NOT follow any driver who do NOT have your name on since they might rip your off (usually double the price) with their affiliate taxi services or their own private car.

When you make a booking, you need to advise us of your flight details and your destination (your hotel or place to travel). Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours. Payment can be made upon trip completion. Cancellation is free of charge and need to be sent to us at least 12 hours in advanced.
