• The customer visa application was denied by Vietnam Immigration Department
• The customer canceled a visa application or requirement.

+ The refund will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment within 7 days of the invoice date.

+ We are going to send Confirmation of Refund E-Mail to the customer as making the refund.
